So I went in to get my PTL yesterday and I suffer from depression, Anxiety and Suicidal thoughts and I normally just keep my head down and don’t really say much to anyone but I walked in and ordered my drink and I wasn’t asked for my name, she just said my name and I looked up and said yes that’s my name. Such a great place this location has come, I've been coming here for many years and seen some of the managers come and go, but the current manager is always so pleasant. Every time I come in she always says hi to ever person she sees and goes above and beyond to mention people and learn their names. I was having a really horrible morning I could barely order in the drive thru through my tears and the two girls and guy working the drive thru were so kind to me and paid for my drink. They all deserve a raise and for their pillows to always be cold
