Audrey’s Coffee House & Lounge

So very disappointing to see these three young women, working this shift and delighting and laughing in their poor service and utter disrespect to a customer. What I witnessed was shameful behavior and it’s not the first or second time that I have seen it. I tried to give them some slack, thinking maybe they are having a bad day. However, it has been too many times and what I witnessed today was deplorable.

I had a wonderful experience at Audrey’s! The girls working today were great!! I came in to try the new holiday drinks! They were so helpful when I was trying to decide what to get! I had a great sandwich, I would definitely recommend the Turkey Bacon Avocado you won’t be disappointed!
Great customer service, I will definitely be back!

Amazing place I have to say. I felt like it was very inclusive. My emotions were considered.. How I felt was very important to the two young ladies working … One was taller than the other littler one. Both employees that helped me were very hard working and amazingly courteous. It was a breath of fresh Rhode Island air to finally find a place where all the employees were full of love … go find that driving down 1 or eating at Applebees you won’t find it. I left i didn’t cry even once. 10/10

My favorite coffee shop in the area ! I’m always greeted with a smile and they even know my order by heart bc I go so often! If you’re looking for a place to eat good food, do some work, and enjoy fun drinks…. For sure worth checking out.

Drinks are always amazing. So cozy in here. But counter girls are terrible. Always so rude and so rarely ever have a smile or friendly. All young college girls and they are not nice then will look when you don’t tip. There’s one young girl who is super sweet but all of my friends have always said how the drinks are great but customer service sucks. Dunkin workers are nicer.

This coffee house is the best place to come and get a snack, cozy up by the fire, and drink your heart out while reading a book or studying for finals. Audrey was great! She’s the sweetest person ever and her hospitality itself is what makes me come back:)
