I came to this dunkin because I wanted to try the drink the kid was making in his TikTok videos and it was amazing. Excellent service by night staff and the videos were amazing advertisement. Will be coming regularly.
Not sure what it is with this location but most of the time they don’t get your order right. I typically go early in the AM on my way to work. The staff can be very chatty so maybe that why? Also, I recently went to this location and went through drive thru and I watched this young lady on sandwich station prep my food then when she had a minute she picked up her phone wearing the same gloves then placed her phone down and then picked up a stack of EGGS still wearing the same...
Ordered a new grilled cheese with ham. Ended up with with a warm sandwich. Not what the picture on the menu looked like. Oh and how hard is it to make an iced chai latte with oat milk?
