There was a mess up on an order, I have spoken to the staff and manager 3 times. I've been waiting on an email to compensate me for the mistake.
My understanding is that they use a 3rd party, well checking everyday for now over a week. As pleasant as Denise ,the manager, is follow through hasn't happened. No email, I give up, for people that know me....I never leave a bad review but try to deal with it directly.That usually fixes the problem. I won't go back and I'm not looking...read full review
