Ordered dinner. 2 sandwiches were missing. One of the sandwiches I did receive was not wrapped and as a result spilled out. Employee at counter failed to tell me a sandwich was sold out and only after I came back in was I told. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve been served something this lackluster and wrong from this establishment

Worst Paneras in Rhode Island. Grilled cheese sandwich is all bread with 1 slice if cheese. Slow service. Not clean.

Baseball Is Boring

Food was awful. Order was entirely wrong. From the drink not being remotely close to what I had ordered, wrong muffin to a very lackluster sandwich. Employees have a tendency to not have a clean dining room, are often on their phones ignoring customers and I can sometimes see an insane overflow of garbage.

Cashier mouthed off at me when they did not have something on the menu, and I grumbled about it. I said "be careful." The crew got a good laugh about it, at my expense. Next call will be to corporate if the response here is inadequate.

Finally I ended up having the breakfast here . which was actually good I had bagel sausage egg and cheese and a seasonal fruit cup with a hot cup of coffee. This is where the fun part starts ....! As I was ordering I wanted a onion bagel oh your lovely Stephen had the worst customer service , he told me the only onion on a bagel is the everything in a very sarcastic attitude. I told him I'll take the seasonal fruit cup , he told me it's just called a fruit cup theres nothing seasonal about it . He cashed me out and forgot my coffee so I had to pay twice. He didnt tell me how many point or if i had anything free on my card. So as I was waiting for my food which didnt take long , it was a bit chilly in there place was clean nothing out the ordinary. They called my name and I got my food , I sat down and what happens . That super cocky register kid Stephen was talking bout me to his co-workers saying oh this OLD lady came in looking for a onion bagel I had to tell her more then once we dont have onion bagels like she deaf. First off I'm not Old second off I'm sitting in a booth while your running your mouth bout me . It took me everything in my power not to say something. awful him and his co workers swearing and laughing making fun of customers like me . I dont come here very often it's a treat to take myself out for breakfast to have ME time. If you dont like your job find something else and he wouldnt have that job if working people like me dont spend there money at Panera's. I liked the older women who used to do the register sweet, kind , and patient. I gave this place a 3 stars because the food is great and it's nice relax when you dont hear every ar word in the book at 8am from a group of childish workers. seriously need New Staff or get the older crew back.

Panera Bread has always been a favorite of mine. During our most recent visit, you could notice no one checked to see how everything was, no tables were clean, as with the shortage of help most everywhere, I hope this is the reason that no one was concerned about a customer being pleased with their food. It's a much different Panera than I used to love!

I'm grateful this Panera has lasted in this location, especially post pandemic. Like most food service providers it's biggest issue is staffing, but I always receive great service especially in the morning. The store manager, Denise, is amazing with customers and she's always out there in the thick of it with her crew leading by example. I work with special needs adults and I love bringing them here because of the warm friendly atmosphere.

I have been to this Panera many times, so it's time for a review...this store is located next to the Shaw's grocery store that we shop at every week. The restaurant has some patio seating as well as a smaller inside dining area.They have their flavored lemonades as well as their traditional baked goods, sandwiches and salads. Those lemonades for about $4 each are a bit pricey, but the flavors are fun and refreshing. Ordering via the mobile app was easy. My rewards account is immediately credited and the order was ready when promised....Nice and easy....

The restaurant was dirty; tables covered in crumbs and the rest room was filthy. The staff were kind, but the service was extremely slow; many people were waiting for their meals to be prepared. The restaurant was completely out of decaf coffee and didn't realize it.

The only Panera Bread that doesn't have bread. I truly don't understand how you have bread for sandwiches but not for sides? Don't waste your time, the staff does know either....

Visited last Thursday and Diet Pepsi was out, so I reported that to the counter staff, but did not have time to wait for possible replacement. Three days later when visiting again for lunch, the Diet Pepsi was still out, as now noted by a sticker on the machine. After requesting to switch my soda order for a coffee, staff let me know that they do not expect to have the product restocked until Wednesday. Restocking does not take as long in other areas of the country.Food ordered by my group were good, but added items were mismatched from our orders.

Love this place but I’ve noticed a lot of the customers bully the staff which is unacceptable. Next time I witness this I’m exposing them on social media.

The tea dispensers are *disgusting* - I wish I had taken a picture. There was black film all over the insides of the containers. It looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks.Makes you wonder what other regular cleaning and maintenance gets ignored at this location.
