I usually attend in the mornings and the two morning staff tend to be very attentive and very respectful. It is clean and there is ample seating. The food tasted average for Dunkin but that is Dunkin which is what you should expect. Only reviewing for mornings I have no idea about the other times. The space to get in an out is crowded which is a major downside as sometimes other customers get pushy which is a major turn off.
