I did an order through Grubhub and got the absolute nasties looking food. I spent way to much money to get trash that looks like this . I won’t even feed this to my dogs. I’m unable to leave my job to grab anything and I work 12 hrs shifts and this really has me angry.

Sometimes the food is not where I like it but not bad. Amazing Manager named Josh. Very Proactive and Helpful.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance Parallel to the road and two doors opening in opposite directions. Very Accessible.

Dunkin as a business is hit or miss and very location dependent. I find Dunkin's can be fiefdoms where the manager sets the tone. Good ones will have kind and in control managers. Bad ones have one or either of the combination of a non-disciplined work force or a bad attitude manger. The setting is very location dependent as well. Dunkin is in the middle of the pack when it comes to having "refurbished" and "non-refurbished" locations. The style of the new locations is also noticeably cleaner and they did not fail in modernization ( Unlike Burger King ). The food again really depends on the location and this ill-discipline to keep up company wide standards is the main drawback for the quality of the brand. The food is actually 2/5 in quality. You go there because it is easier than making breakfast, not because of the food. The coffee is about 3/5 not the best but nothing to scoff at with the right flavoring. One thing about younger staff ( I am mid twenties as I write this ) is that they do not understand lingo which longtime coffee drinkers use to describe coffee. For instance "French-Vanilla" has most often gotten me a Vanilla shot in three out of the last four times I asked for it. This started a little after 2015 and the trend in ignorance around coffee flavors has not ceased but only accelerated. This is a sad thing but not a deal breaker. Dunkin is a nice stop for a quick bite and a Coffee. Their efforts to boutique up the menu have failed and they should focus on getting better quality staple foods ( Bagels, Donuts and Muchkins ) then trying to introduce a Starbuckesque item like Advocado toast which tastes like lime and lemon pledge had an illegitimate child. A solid 3/5.

Very very slow service. Ordered a donut that they only had 1 left of, but they ended up giving to someone else because they took so long to put my order in after messing it up over and over. Never going back to this location. The donut was for my dog too. So frustrating. I was the only person in line as well, 10am on a monday.

If you want the worlds worst avocado toast, the dunkin in the emporium is the place to go. this morning i ordered a avocado toast for breakfast and when i went to eat it i noticed that the bread was not toasted. there are 3 steps to making avocado toast it is not that hard. toast the bread, spread the avocado, and add the toppings. the most important first step was skipped. i am forced to eat avocado smeared on dry soggy sourdough bread. this deserves less than 1 star. dunkin do better.

This is the best-staffed Dunkin I've ever been to. I'll order a sandwich, a coffee, and a donut and they'll all be out in under 2 minutes. I don't know how they do it

This busy Dunkin' is just yards from the center of the University of Rhode Island, so it's always packed with students, faculty, locals and visitors getting their Dunkin' fix. The best thing to do is to order ahead on the app and your order would be ready as you drive in. I got a box of donuts for some friends and sure enough, the app made the experience quick and easy....When I walked in, there was about 8 people in line to order. Time saver !!!

Good place to sip a coffee and chill! Corn muffin with butter was delicious.

Could not fulfill my online order and could not receive a refund. After getting home we found the bagel we did get and it had no cream cheese at all. Not a trace. Just a toasted bagel.
