just walked into the Wakefield Starbucks 600 Kingstown road ... they had the counter blocked where you order the coffee and they told me that I cannot order coffee without the mobile app. I told them I don't want to order through the app I don't have the app and I am not going to install the app and they told me that I cannot have a coffee then I had cash in hand I always leave a tip I guess they don't need my business ..I think it's a little asinine myself .
For over 6 years I have been coming to this location. By far the best in Rhode Island...
Many crew members are TOP NOTCH!! They know me by name and order!
During the pandemic they went above and beyond and kept everyone safe.
Lately new staff has been slipping up, messing up orders, slow times which is understandable.
Today I placed a mobile order like I do daily. I’m on a PM shift on Thursday so I mis my normal morning crew.
