I'm not quite sure why this Starbucks has such negative reviews and the reactions I just witnessed from a customer shows me why. Some of you need to learn a little more respect and patience in life or put yourself in their shoes for once. I have been going to this Starbucks since I was in high school over 12 years ago and I have never had a bad enough experience worth leaving a bad review over. Sure sometimes you have to wait a little bit longer than normal to get a drink. THIS IS THE ONLY STARBUCKS IN THE ENTIRE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE STATE so deal with it and show the employees, most of which are high school and college kids, a little respect. And to the little brat who said he's worked in a Starbucks before so he knows what lite ice means, your attitude says otherwise. To the two girls that were behind the counter making drinks for the line that was almost out the door on top of mobile orders flooding in, just keep up the good work.

Order was place asking for iced drinks and came out as hot, an employee (I’m assuming the manager) looked at us rolled her eyes and walked away. Never coming back here again and I would like a refund. We were respectful and the staff was

I have gone to this location a handful of times and every time my coffee is made incorrectly. The staff seemed very unaware of customers needs and are somewhat unhelpful.

The only Starbucks I found in New England. Glad to see it. Beats Dunkin Donots by miles! The apple croissant would have been better if I had let them heat it.Staff was wonderful and friendly.

Sad to say this is the only one in South County. Reminds me of a sorority operation if you are in You are in..... Internationally, starbucks welcomes all... I've been to ones in Seoul, Barcelona, London, Chicago, Houston, Portland Or and Me. I worked in this great company in Houston and PVD. This one........it sells Starbucks, but it isn't a Starbucks.
