“In a rush last Sunday, running kids to different sports and accidentally put a pretty large mobile order in at the wrong dunkin. I showed up to this one in Tiverton waiting and waiting and as the staff was trying to figure out why they didn’t have it I realized I put it in at wrong DD. I thanked them apologized and overwhelmed, frustrated and already running late went to walk out knowing I would be even more late or no one was eating. The female staff member said, “no wait I’ll put it together for you, tell me what it was”. She quickly got it together and did not need to do that! Totally appreciated!!!!!!“
“Night shift is on amazingly on point when there superstar employee Brandi is there . Amazing service, friendly, accurate, and goes above ,& beyond for the company & customers. Lucky to have her .
