“Since this location is right up the street from me, I tend to frequent it on the days where you can earn extra reward points. The staff are incredibly friendly and they even know who I am when I pull up to the drive thru speaker now. Not only that, but they treat my dog, Freya, with such kindness that she gets so excited to see them (and of course to score a munchkin lol). Highly recommended! ??“
“Went to drive-through got the wrong coffee went back Robyn was not only helpful but extremely cheerful. Replaced the coffee with a smile and a joke could not ask for a better customer service. “This was the first of the three Dunkin's we visited on our New England trip. It is very near the PVD airport which is actually in Warwick. There are Dunkin locations all over but many are tiny and inside places like gas stations. Do yourself a favor and go to a stand alone full service Dunkin, especially if you actually want a genuine Dunkin Donut. Which is in fact the.ONLY reason I go. I don't like the coffee, I have other places where I like the breakfast sandwiches and even out west it is not a REAL Dunkin Donut. They are factory baked and shipped regionally to stores who merely fill,or decorate to serve. At least in the Boston and RI area they are baked reasonably local though not live each morning in each store anymore. But at least you can see and taste that they are fresh. It's why I come here when I'm in the area. I grew up getting them fresh in New England and you smell the difference when you walk in the door. I always have one of my traditional choices, the powdered sugar jelly filled, the powdered sugared lemon filled or the glazed version of these or of the munchkins. On this trip I had one of everything, I think here in RI, it was the raspberry jelly.“
“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“
“This Dunkin is located on Jefferson boulevard. They have all the typical hot and iced beverages that any other Dunkin has. They also have the same food and snacks. The employees are helpful and friendly. The drive thru always moves quickly. This is my dog's favorite Dunkin they give her cookies at the window. If we drive by without stopping she starts to cry. We always buy her a glazed donut.“
“I ordered a bagel on the app, used my gift card balance, went through the drive thru and got my nice warm bagel, ready in minutes.The bagel was nicely toasted on the outside and warm and moist on the inside.No complains. This is not far from the highway, so easy in/out.“
“I have had Jared cash me out and make my coffee more then once. He is always friendly and sweet with a smile on his face. My coffee is always right and mixed. I get mocha and 6 sugars in a hot coffee and when it's not mixed it all sits there at bottom. He is just about the only one who mixes it. Thank you for being great Jared. “This is one of the those older Dunkin' stores that are just convenient since they are located on a busy road near the airport and many other businesses and restaurants. I came in to get a donut and the selection was limited but ... they were fresh.... The employee behind the counter was a bit short and unfriendly....but....again, I am here for a donut, not a 5 course meal...LOL....“

“It was excellent coffee mocha swirl med iced but some need motivation at 5 am. Service communication was good but one was leaning side ways.Kid-friendliness: No kid meal here. But mini donut might work since you sample everything.Parking: No front parking. It is in the back. Can fit a good 9 cars.“
“I always enjoy my DD after work with a large raspberry watermelon refresher. The service is always perfect and my drink always comes out the best. I can notice the difference in my drink when I go to another DD so I will wait till I get to neighborhood to go to my store. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because I go through the drive-thru and rarely ever go inside. Next trip I will make a better effort to go inside to see if the 3 stars go up to 5 stars. If the drive-thru gets 3 stars then I am pretty sure inside will do better.“
