Dunkin' Donuts in Warwick

“One of the better Dunkin' shops around. New, clean, opens very early. Staff is energetic with a good attitude. Some of these let you stand at the counter for five minutes while they handle drive through - not these guys, they treat you like a human being. It's not very cozy inside so maybe they can use a little artwork.“

“One time I stopped by while waiting for the bus back to West Warwick, and I ordered a drink coffee. Now this isn’t an exscuse because I’m like a normal person, but, I have autism. Ok? Keep that in mind. So high functioning, like normal people, but still, autism….. … anyhow, I had most of the money for an order, but, … I forget now honestly, like 20 in change (random number. lol)
And they said that if I had most I could pay for, (I hope I don’t get their workers in trouble with corporate by saying all this) they could help cover the last of the remaining change.
Now I know, I know, I’ve worked too in my time. Once at Starbucks actually. That may not be the best thing to do H.F.A. Or not. But, moral of the story is, they are kind and courteous. And help out those in need. Or maybe just those who need help. Also, to add on, every time I go in here, they are working hard; very hard. It’s clean.“

“I ordered at the drive thru, Immediately greeted by a super nice voice, she took my order and put a smile on my face. She must be management, if not, she should be. My checkout was the same, relatable, engaging and polite, also with a smile.

“I am very picky with my coffee. I get a coco mocha alatte. I ask them to stir the mocha really well because the mocha likes to go to the bottom...They always do such a good job and their coffee is literally ALWAYS the best....very happy with this Dunkin and the manager there is always very professional and nice“

“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“Convenient, friendly place with the legendary Dunkin' Donuts coffee and other items. I went here multiple times when I stayed at a hotel across the street a short walk away. Locals and passersby alike seem to love the place, and the counter service is top-notch.

The local construction workers and delivery persons seem to make this place a spot for their breaks.

Located just off the 95 Highway on Jefferson Blvd. in Warrick, it is also fairly close to the Providence airport.

This spot is an example of why Dunkin' Donuts has a well-deserved reputation as a spot for everyone, and a lesser-priced alternative to gourmet coffee and tea houses.“

“Giving 5 star service for one specific employee! I don't know his name but hes ALWAYS at the drive thru window, it was downpouring today 09.25 & this man reached his whole body out the window and handed it in my window to make sure my coffee & food didnt get wet😭. AND he closed the food bag which not many workers think to do when its raining, hes also always so happy & speedy!“

I did a mobile order and it was the slowest line I’ve ever been in so I walked inside and explained I had been waiting quite awhile and he so very professionally let me know they had two call outs and were training a new person and apologized. Kept his calm and was kind and I’m sure he hadn’t been getting many happy people with the wait times. Give him a raise for remaining kind and professional under that stress !“

“now you can stop here as I have just done and get a very good breakfast sandwich and also a donut. I get OJ and an Ice Tea mostly to go now with Covid. I like that the donut holes are fresh every day and I get a box to go always so I can offer them to friends when we meet. “Gave the food 3 stars bc it’s Dunkin’ and no matter which Dunkin you go to the food is the same. What distinguishes one Dunkin from the next is service. While there’s 2 closer Dunkins near me I prefer to drive a few extra minutes to this particularly location. The staff has always been kind to me, they get my order right the first time and the location is always clean. Unlike the other two nearby. Today my daughter & I went to this Dunkin & an employee named Jo helped us and she was so pleasant & personable. So much so when we left the location my shy 11 year old says “she was so nice! “I go here almost every morning, and everything is perfect. There’s one person I want to point out and it’s one of the morning girls Alex. She always has this bright attitude and while I don’t know how she possibly does it. It’s refreshing early in the morning to see somebody so happy even if I’m not.“

“I ordered at the counter with a girl whose name I didn’t get but she was working 8/17 at 3:45pm and she was so nice and friendly! She answered a lot of questions I had about the matcha and she made me a really good blueberry matcha! I’ve never had a Dunkin matcha before and it was really good!“
