Dunkin' Donuts in Providence

“Had not been to this Dunkin in awhile, it is a completely different experience; it has been fully remodeled, ordered the avocado toast along with coffee and donut- toast was next level; donut super fresh. Tipped because I felt like it, service was fast, friendly, great to see smiles and get a genuine good morning!“

“I like this place, because they have delicious food, they have sandwiches, muffins, coffee, teas wake up wraps, colattas, refreshers. The staff is friendly the place is very clean they have handicap parking. You can order online if you want.“

“Literally the best Dunkin around. There’s no drive thru and it’s a little out of the way but I always go here because they are quick and actually care about getting people in and out, rather than the Dunkin next to subway on Atwells or on manton Ave or pleasant valley parkway where most of the staff is completely incompetent, don’t care, and are slow as molasses. Thank you to everyone at academy Ave Dunkin for actually caring and doing a great job ! Keep it up !“

“Every time I go out I never leave reviews about anywhere but I can honestly say out of all the Dunkin in the providence area this has to be the best one so far!!! Every time I visit someone remembers my order it’s just perfect accuracy you don’t find that a lot anywhere. The workers are always running around working hard and the manager is really good at his job the place is always spotless always has the people cleaning I just love this location !!!!!“

“Awesome service, but I gave 3 star for the food because the employees stops making sandwiches super early around 3 or 4 and that is not fair for the customers that live around the area.
Hopefully it can be fixed asap.

“I work at PPAC, and stop here very often to get donuts for the crew backstage. They're really great, almost always provide fast service, and have never been dealt with unfairly or unkindly. As far as Downtown Dunkin's go, this is one of the best.“

“I've been coming here for long time workers there are great most of them but few but girl with color hair she is amazing the way she takes orders and leads the people who she works with does not fumble the indoors are clean bathrooms clean works look like they want be at work not miserable not sure her name is but she does good when she work has all other people focus and on task while other days the workers are slacking off and getting everything wrong but keep up the good job with cleaning and customer service is getting better compared to the lady's in morning they seem miserable“

“Best location and coffee just because of the manager, Evelyn and her team. Always greeted and feel welcomed at this location! My husband and I live a block away from another Dunkin, but we go out of our way pretty much every morning to walk here.“

“Best dunkin around now. Used to come here a year or 2 ago & it was terrible. Gave it another shot after the one on academy slowly went downhill this last year. Glad I decided to come back here because I was just about ready to give up on dunks. Always friendly, everything always tastes fresh & if there’s ever an issue they are genuinely concerned about fixing it for you.

Parking: There’s a hidden lot in back.. otherwise it’s a hit or miss for the street parking.. especially during school start and en times“

“Dunkin's menu is consistent no matter what in the US: delicious and then you regret it but fab for a quick filling bite ?It's doubtful they'll ever be a short/fast drive-thru line and the service is touch-n-go depending on individual employee or location...I am still lovin' it through!!

“Seems like the only dunkin left that their ice coffee doesn’t just taste like water. Idk if it’s because this one isn’t like the newer ones with the coffee that comes out the handles, but either way it’s the only dunkin I’ll go to now.. sad, because it’s out of the way when I’m heading to work but I’d rather do the extra traveling then throw my money away. “Can’t wait for this location to be open again.Its convenient as I’m passing to go to work up at the hospital.Can’t wait to see how everything turns out.I tend to always have a great experience when I go there,unless it’s in the afternoon the younger kids are working and generally don’t care.Also wanted to post a review many times but forgot to.I have came here a little over two years and have encountered Tony her customer service is impeccable from the customer before me also evern after me.Most times she has my order already up or even my coffee at the counter waiting for me.It’s just a great way to start my day off.Hopefully there is some change with the seating due to not being enough seats for all the customers that decides to stay and eat.All around great location!!can’t wait to get back to my norms.“

“i like going to Dunkin because of the food and what they have in the menu. they always have something different in the menu every month. the food and the atmosphere is good they have cooling air inside and the customers are nice to you.

“Recently this dunkin has been the best one i’ve ever gone to. Not sure if I’ve just experienced the A Team frequently or what, but the last few weeks I am in awe of the efficiency and warmth I’ve felt at this location. The service is so quick. Even when there’s a massive line, it’s moving fast and they get through it before it backs up into the street (small drive through area). The food is hot, but never burned, my drink is always correct, and I’ve not experienced them having any stock issues (I’ve gone any time between 6am-3pm). And to top it off, they seem to be so sweet and kind even when it’s busy (especially the women at the drive through, y’all are amazing), even more than just the “please and thank you” customer service. And it does not affect the speed at all! I leave SMILING, it’s truly crazy good for such a massive chain. Just been out of this world the last few weeks, and I felt it had to be said. (and to clarify, it wasn’t bad before, just recently has been amazing!)“

“Love this place so much coffee tastes the same every time 🙌 the staff here is friendly and personal and if u pay attention u can see that they all have pride in what they do and stay organized! For a long time I would drive way outta my way to go get coffee because I absolutely hated this location and many more in the area but over the last 3 months I’ve been coming here every day and honestly glad they have a more well rounded and friendlier staff than a few years ago!! I even sometimes steal my friends dog to take him to breakfast now!! And yes sometimes you have to wait a REALLY long time but other days you don’t I’ve been in and out in as quick as 30seconds but I’ve also waited as long as 18 minutes for my coffee because ik it’s going to be perfect and EXACTLY what I’m looking for! KEEP IT UP LADIES!!!“
