I love it I eat there when I’m in town
I’ve always had a great experience with friendly and attentive service and the food is always great!
I made some errors on the order I placed online. I called within a few minutes and spoke to Izzy. She was so helpful and didn't make me feel bad about changing anything up. She was super patient with me and that goes a long way these days. Just a mom trying her best here. I really appreciate the kindness!

Chili's Grill & Bar offers a mixed experience. The restaurant's atmosphere gives local nice vibes and the store is very clean. The food itself has been a highlight, with absolutely delicious dishes like the Bacon Burger, black bean burger, and the fajita trio that sizzle when they're bringing it to the table. Service has been a mixed bag, with some servers providing good attention and being very friendly and helpful, while others are less attentive. Overall, Chili's Grill & Bar has room for improvement, but there are still redeeming qualities to be found.
