“I haven't been to this location in a long time. Since my Husband works from home now. I can't even praise the staff enough. Everyone in there was super sweet, polite and friendly. I'm going to make it a point to stop in more often.“

“One of the better Dunkin' shops around. New, clean, opens very early. Staff is energetic with a good attitude. Some of these let you stand at the counter for five minutes while they handle drive through - not these guys, they treat you like a human being. It's not very cozy inside so maybe they can use a little artwork.“

“I work overnights and I get a coffee 2 before work and then again around 5am 6am I really will wait until this dunkin opens up (1)because they know my order 2 the T and they are all so amazing (2) I love how they great you and how they talk u and they always ask how was my day even if it fast talk there are all so amazing. “One time I stopped by while waiting for the bus back to West Warwick, and I ordered a drink coffee. Now this isn’t an exscuse because I’m like a normal person, but, I have autism. Ok? And they said that if I had most I could pay for, (I hope I don’t get their workers in trouble with corporate by saying all this) they could help cover the last of the remaining change.
Now I know, I know, I’ve worked too in my time. Once at Starbucks actually. That may not be the best thing to do H.F.A. Or not. But, moral of the story is, they are kind and courteous. And help out those in need. Or maybe just those who need help. Also, to add on, every time I go in here, they are working hard; very hard. It’s clean.“

“I was satisfied with Jen's customer service skills. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my coffee was made to my satisfaction including stirring my sugar and just holding up a normal conversation making me feel very comfortable during my visit at her store. It was very refreshing to see someone with such great customer service skills after having so many issues at this location and them making my coffees right. “Giving 5 star service for one specific employee! I don't know his name but hes ALWAYS at the drive thru window, it was downpouring today 09.25 & this man reached his whole body out the window and handed it in my window to make sure my coffee & food didnt get wet😭. AND he closed the food bag which not many workers think to do when its raining, hes also always so happy & speedy!“

“Convenient, friendly place with the legendary Dunkin' Donuts coffee and other items. I went here multiple times when I stayed at a hotel across the street a short walk away. Locals and passersby alike seem to love the place, and the counter service is top-notch.

The local construction workers and delivery persons seem to make this place a spot for their breaks.

Located just off the 95 Highway on Jefferson Blvd. in Warrick, it is also fairly close to the Providence airport.

“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“I drove up from Connecticut, because my sister and family have lived in Warwick, Rhode Island since 1981. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts when it was smaller and now its expanded.

I like that the donut holes are fresh every day and I get a box to go always so I can offer them to friends when we meet. “I always enjoy my DD after work with a large raspberry watermelon refresher. The service is always perfect and my drink always comes out the best. I can notice the difference in my drink when I go to another DD so I will wait till I get to neighborhood to go to my store. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because I go through the drive-thru and rarely ever go inside. Next trip I will make a better effort to go inside to see if the 3 stars go up to 5 stars. If the drive-thru gets 3 stars then I am pretty sure inside will do better.“

“The cranky ladies behind the counter are hilarious. It’s entertainment while waiting in line. Totally rude to me. I just wanted a little butter on my muffin and forgot to ask until after I paid. Was told I should have asked when paying and said “Next!”. Then I asked the other cranky lady in the back and she said “you didn’t order it!”. Lmao I just gave it back and laughed it off. I actually prefer the attitude to the hyper fake emotionless customer services narrative.“
