“I haven't been to this location in a long time. Since my Husband works from home now. I can't even praise the staff enough. Everyone in there was super sweet, polite and friendly. I'm going to make it a point to stop in more often.“

“I work overnights and I get a coffee 2 before work and then again around 5am 6am I really will wait until this dunkin opens up (1)because they know my order 2 the T and they are all so amazing (2) I love how they great you and how they talk u and they always ask how was my day even if it fast talk there are all so amazing. “I originally went to McDonald's bc I wanted an egg sandwich and hash brown. I stood there for like 5 minutes and by the time any staff helped me, they said it was too late for breakfast....

so i came here to dunkin. I ordered my egg sandwich. I also got a SMORES donut and a frozen matcha to drink.

The staff was friendly and FAST.
Everything tasted great, was made correctly.

My ONLY COMPLAINT was the Air-conditioning was WAY TOO COLD. Customers were wearing coats to place their orders! I think you need to a set the thermostat higher.“

“Went to drive-through got the wrong coffee went back Robyn was not only helpful but extremely cheerful. Replaced the coffee with a smile and a joke could not ask for a better customer service. Robyn is truly an asset to Dunkin’ Donuts and all customer service people could take a lesson from her. Thank you Robyn for making my day. By the way, it was 4:30 in the morning. “My favorite and almost only one I would go to I don't even half to say my order ounce they hear my voice they just say pull up and my coffee is amazing almost every time almost never messed up and I don't know thier names but this younger girl and guy thier are so nice their amazing“

“I always have a good experience here. I have never had a bad experience with anything. I stop in here quite often as across the road is an empty lot that I can park my semi. It’s fairly clean in there.

Parking: Plenty of parking. Iff your a trucker on 95 you can get off and park in the Empty lot across the street.

“Best Dunkin in Warwick. There staff is always amazing. My coffee is always made right and in a timely fashion. Tiffany is excellent she always goes above and beyond. Her customer service is great from making sure my coffees right, to asking how I’m doing, and reminding me about promotions. I didn’t realize Wednesday was free donut day and sure enough she told me. I highly recommend this Dunkin. There ice coffees are also cheaper than other Dunkin’s I’ve been to.“

“I always enjoy my DD after work with a large raspberry watermelon refresher. The service is always perfect and my drink always comes out the best. I can notice the difference in my drink when I go to another DD so I will wait till I get to neighborhood to go to my store. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because I go through the drive-thru and rarely ever go inside. Next trip I will make a better effort to go inside to see if the 3 stars go up to 5 stars. If the drive-thru gets 3 stars then I am pretty sure inside will do better.“

“The cranky ladies behind the counter are hilarious. It’s entertainment while waiting in line. Totally rude to me. I just wanted a little butter on my muffin and forgot to ask until after I paid. Was told I should have asked when paying and said “Next!”. Then I asked the other cranky lady in the back and she said “you didn’t order it!”. Lmao I just gave it back and laughed it off. I actually prefer the attitude to the hyper fake emotionless customer services narrative.“
