“I haven't been to this location in a long time. Since my Husband works from home now. I can't even praise the staff enough. Everyone in there was super sweet, polite and friendly. I'm going to make it a point to stop in more often.“

“I was satisfied with Jen's customer service skills. She was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my coffee was made to my satisfaction including stirring my sugar and just holding up a normal conversation making me feel very comfortable during my visit at her store. It was very refreshing to see someone with such great customer service skills after having so many issues at this location and them making my coffees right. I will definitely be returning after my experience today“

“One of the better Dunkin' shops around. New, clean, opens very early. Staff is energetic with a good attitude. Some of these let you stand at the counter for five minutes while they handle drive through - not these guys, they treat you like a human being. It's not very cozy inside so maybe they can use a little artwork.“

“I work overnights and I get a coffee 2 before work and then again around 5am 6am I really will wait until this dunkin opens up (1)because they know my order 2 the T and they are all so amazing (2) I love how they great you and how they talk u and they always ask how was my day even if it fast talk there are all so amazing. “Best Dunkin! They’re always remaking my coffees from other Dunkin’s with no complaints and it’s always perfect every time. Some Dunkin’s will tell me my shaken espresso is the right color and they wont remake it but at this Dunkin they’re so polite it really makes the experience worth it considering I get sometimes 4/5 coffees a day! They also give out dog treats for my pups💗 After about 3PM… I don’t know if it’s kids on or what but a good coffee is a 50/50 shot in afternoon and night“

“now you can stop here as I have just done and get a very good breakfast sandwich and also a donut. I get OJ and an Ice Tea mostly to go now with Covid. I like that the donut holes are fresh every day and I get a box to go always so I can offer them to friends when we meet. The prices are very low and the sandwiches are made fresh to order. good parking,very cleanand good clean restrooms. good for the entire family.“

“I had never been to this Dunkin Donuts before. Very fast and friendly service. When I got there they were slammed with a line of cars around the building, but it was so fast. The lady at the window was genuinely nice and very professional, despite the endless onslaught of orders.“

“I've purchased through the drive thru many times at this location, but I decided today to walk in. The staff and the manager were extremely polite and helpful. I also observed the manager speaking with the staff is a good professional manner. This may be my new Dunkin location.“

“I drove up from Connecticut, because my sister and family have lived in Warwick, Rhode Island since 1981. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts when it was smaller and now its expanded.
I Never have had any problems or issues..Your team is always pleasant, efficient and I feel they treat their customers like family. This is My Favotite Dunkin and always will be. Thank you to the entire Stafff.“

“My favorite and almost only one I would go to I don't even half to say my order ounce they hear my voice they just say pull up and my coffee is amazing almost every time almost never messed up and I don't know thier names but this younger girl and guy thier are so nice their amazing“

“Great people and the fast service especially for the morning Rush. Was charged 50 cents for hot water in my thermos, Better Price than Starbucks! They charged $4 for a hot water thermos, will be going back to Dunkin' Donuts to refill all my thermos“

“I always enjoy my DD after work with a large raspberry watermelon refresher. The service is always perfect and my drink always comes out the best. I can notice the difference in my drink when I go to another DD so I will wait till I get to neighborhood to go to my store. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars only because I go through the drive-thru and rarely ever go inside. Next trip I will make a better effort to go inside to see if the 3 stars go up to 5 stars. If the drive-thru gets 3 stars then I am pretty sure inside will do better.“

“Best Dunkin in Warwick. There staff is always amazing. My coffee is always made right and in a timely fashion. Tiffany is excellent she always goes above and beyond. Her customer service is great from making sure my coffees right, to asking how I’m doing, and reminding me about promotions. I didn’t realize Wednesday was free donut day and sure enough she told me. I highly recommend this Dunkin. There ice coffees are also cheaper than other Dunkin’s I’ve been to.“

“The cranky ladies behind the counter are hilarious. It’s entertainment while waiting in line. Totally rude to me. I just wanted a little butter on my muffin and forgot to ask until after I paid. Was told I should have asked when paying and said “Next!”. Then I asked the other cranky lady in the back and she said “you didn’t order it!”. Lmao I just gave it back and laughed it off. I actually prefer the attitude to the hyper fake emotionless customer services narrative.“
