This was my first time eating here. Let me start off by saying I had the best scrod I have ever ordered in a restaurant. When the waitress came to take our order I decided on a grilled chicken sandwich. I did not want the fries so I asked to sub a side salad (which I normally do at any place where I order a sandwich, usually a up charge) she said we don't do that but you can have a potato and vegetable. GFI used to have the best turkey club. And chicken soup. Not anymore. They’re using cheap precut dry turkey and cubed chicken instead of the more fresh roasted meat thy used to have. Don’t order the club. I ate 1/4 of the club and am tossing the rest. Quality just isn’t there. Will be telling the new owners directly too.
