Drive through was busy I gave 3 stars because line moved with ease. However when prices rise quality should to. Fortunately for McDonald’s this location is nearby a local beach. Oaklawn Beach to be precise. Bad enough they only put half of a slice of cheese on the only seafood order they offer is beyond me. Apparently that’s at all McDonald’s here in Rhode Island. Customer service was terrible. Employees looked at me at counter and completely ignored me both worker and managers. Tables were dirty
This location is always jam packed, especially at lunch hours! Except the staff at the counter to consistently talk to one another and joke instead of engaging with you. The customer is an after thought. They need to improve their customer service honestly.
