I am part of the pinkberry club to earn points and I bought a $15 take home container and I got one point just like I would get with an individual. I love the pomegranate.
Workers are nice and the line may seem long but it goes pretty quickly. Good frozen yogurt and is convenient to have in the mall.
The frozen yogurt is really good. The whole family loves it. During my first visit the staff was really nice. Now, I notice the staff are not attentive or friendly. I don't like that the Warwick Mall store doesn't have the dairy free coconut yogurts. They have 6 flavors on their menu and all of them have dairy. Another issue I noticed is that their fruit especially the mango is always frozen, hard and not sweet. They state their fruit is never frozen but why is the "mango" frozen?...read full review
