Whalers Bar Reviews
Friendly atmosphere, awesome beer. Should definitely stop in at the brewery, and ask for at your local beer store. Two of my local stores have started carrying Whalers Rise since I asked about it.
I used to love Whalers but not anymore. Very frustrated after my recent experience. My dog was barking and we got spoken too about it. But yet every person that walked by said hi and never had an issue with him. There were other dogs that were in there at the SAME time that pooped & peed and still were able to stay in there. Whalers Bar, located in the middle of the terminal, is a top choice for airport drinks. The bartenders are known for their excellent service and unique cocktail creations. The friendly and welcoming atmosphere, along with the tasty food options next door, make it a perfect spot for a pre-flight drink or to relax while waiting for a flight. Customers appreciate the warm and polite service, and the selection of beers is highly praised. The Blonde Strawberry Ale comes recommended, and guests have also enjoyed the RISE and Day Tripper beers. While the quality of food at the Rhode Island Burger Company is noted, there have been some concerns about the cooking of the burgers and the seasoning of the fries. Some visitors wish for music to enhance the atmosphere, as the TVs were too low to hear. Overall, Whalers Bar remains a must-visit for a beer and a taste of Northern hospitality, with cheers to a great airport bar experience.
