The drive thru was quick, the order was correct, the coffee was great and the service was pleasant. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the restaurant interior was closed and drive thru was the only option.
There aren't many dining options along this relatively rural state road, so a fast, convenient, and cheap option like Dunkin's is always welcome. Nothing will be exceptional here as the goods are all fast-food chain fare: ultra-processed donuts and baked goods, bland coffee, and zapped-from-frozen hot bites. Was very pleased with my experience this morning. Went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order. The woman with the piercings who was running, the drive-through, was so nice and polite. The coffee had some grounds, and without skipping a beat she offered to make me a new one, and didn’t seem bothered or annoyed by that. Which I feel can be uncommon. She was so nice that it made my morning.
