“Staff are always friendly and accommodating when asking for a change to the order. If you take your food to go and realize it was made wrong, as long as you bring back both the food and the receipt, they're happy to remake the food. I've definitely revisited this place several times in the past week alone.
Dietary restrictions: If the staff is made aware of any allergies, they make sure that no contact with the allergen is made.
Parking: Located in a plaza with plenty of parking, but the area in front of the store does fill quite fast
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booths that move, as well as tables with chairs that pull out for easier access when seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs to get in and the food selection in the front is low enough that it can be seen from a wheelchair. They also have handheld menus at the front for if you can't read the screens.“

I've been in retail for so many years in the past and I've never seen a manager take care of something the way Derek did! Amazing service! “Stopped by on my lunch break and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and wow, it was smackin’! The spice was just right, the chicken was super fresh and tasted real, not that processed stuff. The fries were crispy, golden, and so hot I literally burned my mouth trying to eat them because they were that good. I’ve been thinking about that meal all day! Definitely going back soon. I can’t decide if I want to try the lamb gyro, chopped cheese, or steak and cheese next they all sound amazing!

“Used to work close to this 5 Guys location and order all the time. It had been a while since I came. The restaurant is very clean and I was greeted with such warmth by Matthew. “My husband and I came to Five Guys on airport road, warwick, RI on September 7 around 8:00pm. We've been to many Five Guys in Rhode Island and out of state. They were good but this place on Airport road was by far the best we ever had. They were delicious and neatly stacked together. Not sloppy and all over the place. Also, the fries were perfect. Keep up the great work. Just thought we could pass along some good news.“

“5-Star Birthday Party Review for Kid’s Kastle in Warwick, RI
We recently celebrated our child’s 5th birthday at Kid’s Kastle in Warwick, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We arrived 30 minutes early to set up, only to find that everything was already taken care of—tables were set, decorations were up, and the party room looked fantastic. It really took the stress out of the day so we could just focus on having fun.
The kids had an absolute blast. There were tons of engaging activities and games to keep them entertained the entire time—plenty of variety and energy-burning fun. The space is bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed for young children, and even the parents in attendance kept commenting on how great everything looked and how much fun the kids were having.
The hosts were incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond—from quickly and discreetly cleaning up a couple of little “accidents,” to handing out ice cream to keep the kids happy while they waited for cake, to adjusting the timing of food service when our adult food arrived a little late. Everything was handled with such professionalism and a cheerful attitude.
We could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re considering a birthday party venue in the area, I would absolutely recommend Kid’s Kastle. They made our child’s birthday so special, and we are incredibly grateful!“

“After a terrible experience at Kent Hospital, the ladies at Plant City X were the most kind and wonderful people. They let me charge my phone so I could contact my family and order an Uber home. They were so kind, I can't state it enough. Also, the red rooibos iced tea was fantastic! Thank you for being humane to a person in need :)“
“This is, by far, the best Del’s location you will find in Rhode Island. Parking is not the best, as turning in or even exiting can be a hassle, but the quality of the frozen lemonade is worth it. I do love the occasional rotating flavors, but no one can go wrong with a medium watermelon and a pretzel stick. Best way to beat the heat!“

“Food is good but I've found it has been greaser than it used to be. Ice cream and shakes are great. I also enjoy their burgers. Their outside car hops are some of the best I've encountered and deserve their tips.
People must be getting meaner because the last visit some woman was arguing with a car hop about some things she ordered incorrectly, but apparently the car hop was supposed to know she ordered the wrong items. Be nice, people.“

“First time. I let others hype the food up prior to my visit, so had high expectations. Fries were okay, bread was okay. Tenders were good, not great. Got a couple kids meal, no prizes given. Had to ask, said they might of ran out. Oh well. I'd go 3.5 stars. If I had a RC in town maybe I'd go again. Def won't be going out of my way for one .“

“I tried Sanjos Tacos and got a burrito bowl with rice, chicken, cilantro, lettuce, corn salsa, lime and salsa. It came with a drink for $16. The bowl was packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and the ingredients worked well together. The chicken was tender and the lime and salsa gave it a nice kick. Overall it was super tasty and filling. I’d definitely go back.“

“I’ve never been in to this location before. I always expect for Chick-fil-A to be busy but it’s clear to see why everybody is stopping here. I don’t think I’ve ever seen teenagers so happy to be working. Hannah and the other young lady at the register we both happy, attentive and it seemed that everyone there really took pride in their work. Don’t usually make comments or reviews but I was just blown away. Food was excellent and came quickly.“

“I'm not a huge fast food fan, but Wendy's has a new menu item that blew my socks off! They are called Saucy Nuggs, and man, they are spectacular. I specifically recommend the Garlic Parmesan. The taste explodes in your mouth! The nuggets are crispy, and the sauce is to die for! The late night staff is really professional and obviously take pride in their work!“

“This Wendy's was excellent! The staff was friendly and courteous, the best Wendy's I've been to in a very long time. Maybe this manager should become a general manager to improve the rest of the Wendy's in the mass Rhode Island area they definitely can learn from the staff.“
