Omg I just received the best customer service you can imagine from a manager at Five Guys named Derek! I've been in retail for so many years in the past and I've never seen a manager take care of something the way Derek did! Amazing service! Derek resolved a situation for me and restored my faith in Five Guys again :-) We'll be back! 👍👌
I haven't eaten there food the bags look awful greasy ,there busy a lot the airport one is very clean sometimes under staffed so wait time can be long. Don't know why they have bags of potatoes and peanuts in the middle of the restaurant but it dont look good it takes up to much space that they could have more seating.
Was craving a late night meal and was absolutely amazed by the service. As a worker in the fast food industry I know how annoying it could be for a customer to come in a little before close but I was pleasantly surprised. All the workers had a smile on their faces and got my food out very quick. The floors were clean and the bathroom was spotless. Overall, amazing atmosphere and would be very happy to go back!
