“We are from Connecticut, and headed to East beach yesterday, on one of the hotter days. Wanted to try something different for dinner and found this place. I highly highly recommended. Love the building, the location and especially the food. Very, very creative, but approachable and delicious. We tryed acouple of the different tacos, and also the green curry on grits, which made my mouth very, very happy. You've got to try this place.“

Our experience:
We were seated quickly and provided with water and menus by the hostess. Then we looked over the menu, picked our meals and then waited. And waited. Wasn't like they were ignoring us, but we watched our waiter pass by a few times before he caught on the we were ready to order. Not sure if he was body or didn't know we were in his section.

Once we orded, the drinks came quickly and the food was timely. Apps came first with an appropriate amount of time before dinner came. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the Hokkaido Ramen and it was so delicious. Savory, umami, flavorful. My only complaint was how the green onion was cut in slivers on top, it kept getting caught up in the noodles and wasn't the same texture so kinda made me gag. Got over it quickly though.

I want to go again right away and bring my next guest there too. Options are plentiful and prices are very reasonable.

Vegetarian options: With Asian dishes you always need to ask as fish or fish products are used liberally for seasoning, but the menu is clearly marked with plant based options. Also our waiter was able to answer if problematic ingredients were in a dish or not.

Dietary restrictions: Plant based and gluten free options are clearly marked on the menu. The staff is also knowledgeable able ingredients in dishes, or are able to ask.“
