The Brazen Hen offers amazing Guinness French onion soup, perfectly cooked burgers, and outstanding lemon chicken pasta. The staff is attentive, creating a tavern feel. The menu includes dishes like Shepherd's pie made with minced beef and traditional fish n chips featuring West coast cod or pollock. Chips are generally good, and there are tasty sides like poutine fries and pretzels. The restaurant has a limited parking area but is worth visiting for the delicious food and friendly service. The chef, Stephanie, is praised for her excellent service. Visitors enjoy the cozy environment and plan to return to try more dishes, especially the coconut Martini, poutine fries, and pretzel, which are highlights. The Brazen Hen is a hidden gem with hot, delicious meals. It reminds visitors of real Irish pubs where all ages gather. There is much more than usual pub fare, including "cashel fries" and "corned beef fritters." The meatloaf is fabulous, and the Bangers and mash are great too.
