Today I went to kfc with my parents it’s like a tradition lol, sandwiches were amazing actually we had one issue with the crispy chicken bucket it was mushy ? Been coming here for a couple of years. Ordering from the kiosks is nice but the service was disappointing. I tried the new wraps they had(which was only 2 selections to chose from) and they were so bad. No silverware was in the bag, the only saving Grace was the extra crispy chicken!

I got a pot pie and a small Cole slaw. When I got to work and opened the bag, I realized they put the pot pie on it's side. So when I opened the box, over 1/2 the gravy had leaked out. Into the box and the bag. There was like no gravy left in the pie. I was so mad.
