The place was dirty. Over flowing trash dirty floors banners all over table no soda and ordered sweet tea and got unsweetened no condiments husband ordered chocolate shake and got vanilla and was told it was chocolate. The place seriously needs to be condemned.

This is our favorite stop en route to a long travel day. This location is always consistent with the fries and the burgers are assembled neatly; you know what I'm talking about. Appears to be a great example of what a McDonald's is supposed to be.
Please tell me why I got two cheeseburgers and there were no burgers?? Just buns and cheese. Pay attention a little more.

This McDonald's turned into a place where you a purchase a Happy meal to make your child smile from sad adults who could care less if they packed your happy meal in a container or a plastic bag.Drive thru is only open. Your wait could be be 5 to 15 minutes long so make sure you have a good radio station playing to distract yourself from hunger while you wait.Ba da da da da " I'm not loving it"
The "Hiring 14/15 Year Olds" sign that's been there for years should be a signal to everyone that this place only cares to fulfill the bare minimum.I love the scout camp down the street so I've been to this location at many hours at every seasons, so I can say the wait is always terrible and the food is always subpar. Would not recommend to anyone.

I'm not sure why the rating is so low for this property. Granted I only went once but I was blown away. I was amazed by the quickness my order was processed and the quality of the food I received. As a regular mcdonalds customer I've never seen a higher level of service and quality. Very clean restaurant as well. Thank you, Richmond Mcdonalds!

This mcdonalds is way better than the one in Wakefield. Usually will take a different route to my destination to stop at this location rather than the other one. Usually good fresh good with Staff who get you in and out. Great job!

It's tough to rate because I'm sure they have trouble staffing and turnover is probably really high. But the people at both windows today had a very hard time with my order. When I tried to explain they just said OK and made the order wrong anyway. Luckily a manager or cook or someone came up and fixed it. Probably was the only person there that had any seniority. I'll go back when my kids want a Shamrock shake but I'm done with this location otherwise.
