Chipotle Mexican Grill in Greenville

“I don't know why people are hating on this place because every single time I eat there it's straight up delicious. I always get take out because why go in and dirty the place up when I can eat at my own home. Some people are ridiculous. Only one time my order was messed up and I went in and the cute manager girl hooked it up and gave me a extra queso sauce for having to drive up there. Happens when food service gets busy.... Nobody is perfect and if anyone thinks they are perfect I know a pond down the road and if you can walk across it I'll shut my mouth. Can only imagine all the arrogant people they have to deal with everyday. I eat here at least 2-3 times a week. And I'm going to keep on eating here. One of the employees knows how to cook some steak. On point every single time. For real.“

“Came in and noticed that corn tacos were an option. I've never seen that before, so I ordered 6 for $18. Wasn't sure, but the first one stopped any doubt. THE BEST TACOS I HAVE EVER HAD! The tacos themselves held together amazingly (no mess) and broke off lightly to take a bite, the cheapest chicken was very, very juicy, although I understand that they overcook some of the beef from past experience, and even the extra $3 for guacamole was absolutely worth it. The pico-de-gio was also very flavorful. They did overfill (great!), so I grabbed a spoon to eat what was in the foil.

“First I will say that I was pretty nervous about going to this location, or any other Chipotle in the Greenville area, based on the reviews. I went today, July 29 2024, at 18:00.

I ordered in person, so of course the order was exactly as I wanted it and the portion was exactly as expected, big. They had everything I wanted and it tasted great. 10/10

Both employees I talked to were nice and spoke to me back and forth. No issues there. 10/10

The lobby is messy as other reviews state, food on the floor, receipts laying around, trash cans full almost to the overflowing point. But there was a line almost out the door and the employees were working quickly to get the line through. Hard to manage a lobby while having a huge line trying to get customers orders out.

I think we as customers also have a responsibility to pick up after ourselves when we're done. Why complain about them when you aren't helping the situation any? I picked up the random receipts laying around near me when I left. It's a small step but if everyone made one small step the world would be a better place.

Chipotle, 10/10, would come back?“
