“Best chipotle food around in terms of quality. Atmosphere is always great, really good music. Amari on the front is the best!! She was the only one holding it down, while keeping a positive attitude and great customer service. I can’t say the same for her two other coworkers (heavy set man with short hair and dude with pony tail) that were refusing to help her despite her communicating she needed help on line. She needs a raise!“

“This Chipotle staff is amazing! Their appearance is professional and clean! The store was clean! The drink fountain area was clean! They know how to handle & transfer the food! My experience was top notch! Hopefully, this management can do a visit to the Haywood & Woodruff Rd locations.“

“I ordered food to-go for my wife to pick-up at this location. When she got to the drive thru window, I was on the phone with her at the time, the employee opened the window and instructed her to come inside and pick it up off the shelf.

I’m sorry, but what’s the point in a drive-thru window if you’re going to instruct someone who has paid for their food and is already at the drive-thru to park their car just to go inside and pick up their food? Just terrible customer service. I guess if you place a to-go order and you’re in a hurry, don’t bother ordering from this location because they’ll make you come inside anyways to pick up your food.“

“Had a bad experience in another store and I showed my messed up burrito and my receipt and they were very apologetic and rectified the situation. 10/10 service loved the staff, and better servings, this location has never given me a bad experience.“

“I went to Chipotle on one of the worst days of our lives and Darlene, who worked at Chipotle that day, was the only bright spot on that very dark day.

Long story short, on July 17, we found out about a tragic loss of my daughter’s best friend who was like another daughter to myself. Both my daughters were devastated, and we had to get out of the house. I took them to Chipotle to try to get them to eat something, and was met by Darlene. She took our order, and she could see we were all upset, and asked if we were okay. My girls barely ordered anything, and Darlene, not being nosy but being a mama at heart, asked if they were okay, and one of my girls started to cry, and told her why we were all upset. Without hesitation, Darlene came around the counter, and hugged three strangers. She held all three of us while we cried. Everything stopped in the entire restaurant, and everyone that day allowed us to mourn loud and messy without judgment, and truly brought a small amount of peace to me and my babies that day.

I have been wanting to leave this review for some time, but I have not been able to write this, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I want Darlene to know this mama is so grateful for her.

Thank you for holding us together in a moment where we were all about to fall apart. I am convinced Darlene is an earth angel. 💜“
