Together, they offer a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication, making them a must-visit pair for food lovers. I only went to Maverick Biscuit but their fruity french toast is next-level amazing. And I bet Travinia is just as good, since they're both connected. For Maverick Biscuit imagine thick, golden slices of French toast, topped with an explosion of fresh, vibrant fruit — strawberries & blueberries with raspberry sauce, berry syrup, & cream cheese frosting. The sweetness of flavors pairs perfectly with the crispy, soft toast. If you’re a fan of great food, outstanding flavors, and a bit of sweet indulgence, these two spots together create a memorable, double dose of awesomeness. Offering a dynamic experience that will make you want to come back for more. The place was clean, the staff friendly, and there was plenty of parking. The only thing is that it may be confusing to find because the bigger sign only has Travinia on it but it's the same place for both.“

“This was my first visit and it was outstanding! The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The food is absolutely delicious with outrageous chicken biscuits, waffles & tenders, biscuits with gravy, and the hashbrowns were unbelievable! Not to mention, they fresh squeeze orange juice to order and please the fruit tea punch, perfect for a humid morning. Most definitely coming back!“

“The food was the best! The prime rib and the vegetable were cooked to perfection and the meat was carved with precision. The vegetables were superb & selection was fantastic. The shrimp cocktail is so good, you could be happy with that plus a salad. The desserts were the best!“

“The service was marvelous! The waiter was always on time. The old style brick made me feel cozy. The food was remarkable! Fresh, hot, and tasty to the last bite. The croissant with the magical melted honey butter was amazing! I pushed through a full belly and ate as much as I could of the delicious skillet cookie topped with ice cream.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Southern Palate Catering. We used their services for our wedding in April 2022. Most of the compliments we received from the wedding were about the food! We worked with Denise, the chef and owner of Southern Palate. She always got back to me promptly and was always willing to meet with me face to face anytime I needed during the planning process. My husband and I always dreamed of having Mexican food at our wedding. Denise already had an option on the catering menu for Mexican stations and it was just what we were looking for! They homemake everything, even the tortilla chips (which were amazing), and were able to accommodate my gluten allergy with anything I wanted. Denise made sure all of her employees knew I was gluten free and they served me and my husband the whole night so that we didn’t have to worry about taking the time to get our own food. They even packed us a to go box full of every food item at the wedding so that we were able to eat at our hotel after. They took all the stress off of us on our special day and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend using them for any event and I will definitely be using them for any catering needs in the future.“
