We had a lovely dinner outside. The server, Chad, was very attentive and helpful in choosing options!
We enjoyed Roost's Sunday brunch buffet and our large table of 8 were very happy with the food, ambiance, and service! Our server was friendly, checked in on us often, and made us all feel welcome. When talking about the food we all raved about different items being really yummy. The variety of food was really great and everything tasted fresh. I plan to come back another time for dinner!
There were two large groups at the Hyatt. I'm grateful that I had a reservation. I was seated immediately.

The restaurant is a great place for holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas, though it lacks live music and has a limited bread selection, such as biscuits, bagels, and rolls, but no banana bread or wheat bread. During busy times, table turnover can be challenging, and the outdoor seating is a highlight for those wanting to enjoy people-watching. The attentive service from staff like Nathan adds to the positive experience. Overall, GE North Cafeteria provides a satisfying meal with a welcoming atmosphere.
