Ate here for lunch today with my wife. Disgusting is too kind a description. I got chopped steak (which I didn't want, but everything else under the heating lamps looked worse), mac and cheese, and a twice baked potato. I wasn't expecting this place to be the best restaurant in Greenville, but I thought the food would at least be decent, but it was all very bad. Correction, my yeast roll and my ice water were ok. I'll never go again.

Smothered pork chops is worth the trip to this place. Many good choices to select from. Good hard working people serve the customers in a respectful and caring way. I will be back next time in the area.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Greenville-I-85 & Woodruff Rd, an IHG Hotel on Woodruff Road in Greenville is a great place to go for a quality stay. I have been impressed with their level of customer service. Good overall experience every time I have been here.

Staff very friendly. Food selection extensive. I use to love eating here but my mom found a dark brown/black piece of hair (maybe from a mustache/beard) that was baked on top of her apple dumpling. Her smothered pork chop had a lot of grizzle and too much breading. My spaghetti was delicious but it tasted more like the Spanish rice my mom cooked growing up. Exactly like it. Then when I got it home I found what I think was a small bone chip, probably from the meat sauce. The jalapeño cornbread is greasy. Overall, I have enjoyed eating here but not sure I'll go back after this. I will say you get a lot of food for the money. This right here was about $12. Also, I got Turkey and dressing to go which comes with cornbread dressing. The gravy or cornbread dsg, not sure which one, was so salty I couldn't even enjoy it. The cornbread dressing was like mush and was kind of watery. When I say too much salt and mushy, I mean it. It wasn't enjoyable at all. I didn't even eat the Turkey as it smelled funny and I figured it was salty, too. Kind of disappointed in this experience as I have always loved going here. I know the options may haven't been right and I could always get something else next time however the hair baked in was clear enough that my senior mother who doesn't wear prescription glasses could even see it. No excuses for hair. Please consider wearing hair nets and gloves and keeping facial trimmed short. Yuck. Hair trimmed.

My little family group and I had what I thought was a stellar lunch today! I liked everything about this place! On the other hand; my daughter didn't like her food very much at all. Usually we are on the same page about what we eat. She said that her lunch had a peculiar taste. I did consume and enjoyed mine. Granted; this is one of those eating places where the veggies taste like they have been laced with sugar. My two grand boys didn't eat much either. They were too busy stuffing their jello to be worried about anything else! I certainly hope that my daughter isn't coming down with something! She excused herself and the boys! In her absence, I tasted her lunch and it was just like mine! Delicious! The price was right on this restaurant! I purchased four meals and got a great deal! In my own defense; I did let my daughter ( Dr.Jess ) pick out our lunch spot today! -Conveniently; let's Daddy off the hook! Again; I devoured my lunch and half of her's! I personally recommend this cafeteria to the public!

I was here for business for three days and couldn’t have picked a better place. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels around the country Hilton, Radisson and other five-star hotels. I didn’t need to spend that kind of money in those places to have nicer accoutrements. Staying here was clean, safe and with a very helpful staff. The manager was very attentive in providing what I needed for my business needs. The staff at breakfast was always very friendly and helpful. We were offered complimentary bottled water at the front desk every day, which we took advantage of gratefully. The rooms have very nice finishes and are clean. The work area is also very accommodating. The room darkening shades were especially effective to allow us to sleep according to our time zone. I would stay here any time I come to this region.

Convenient to Greenville and Simpsonville. Near I85, lots of retail. We have entered and exited the hotel 5 times since we checked in and only seen someone at the front desk once. We had to get him to come out from the office to check us in. Literally no water pressure whatsoever. Not enough to brush your teeth, never mind taking a shower. Room was clean. Plenty of soap and towels, just no water.

Our family has been traveling for soccer for 7 years and this weekend was one of the best “stay to play” hotel experiences we have ever had. Thank you Ade for helping coordinate our bookings and making sure all the small details were covered... we've never had a hotel reach out to find out what time our first games were so there would be plenty of breakfast available! To the whole Holiday Inn Express team thank you for clean, comfortable rooms, plenty of hot coffee, delivery food recommendations and accommodating last minute room changes for some of our families! You all were amazing.

So happy we read reviews. Woodruff Rd, Holiday Inn Express is fabulous. Immaculate, beds are wonderful, plush and comfy. Linens wonderfully soft, yet crisp. I was sick with a stomach bug, but they had a lobby full of drinks, juice, mainly much needed ginger ale, Pepto Bismal and antacids. I stayed in that wonderful bed after a shower. Nice towels, shower with soap, hair shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Big TV, beautiful furnishings. Won't be our last stay on way to and from FL. Full breakfast is excellent. Everything new and spotless. Very happy travelers. ❤

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Everything was recently renovated. There are several restaurants that you can easily walk to near the hotel. There was ample parking and breakfast had a lot of options. We would definitely stay here again.

So glad I found this place while in Greenville this is one not to be missed. Amazing staff and the line went very fast. Food was fresh and I am still having dreams of that amazing meal.

I enjoyed staying here two nights in October. Overall very clean, decent hot breakfast with options once again and the best feature is a ton of restaurant choices within walking distance and even more less than a mile away! Take a look at google maps if you stay in this area and see what I’m talking about. Comfortable, quiet location in the heart of a busy area close to all the freeways. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Had the Turkey and Dressing which was very bland and watered down. Assuming it was previously frozen. Iced tea was weak and rolls tasted stale. Nothing like "K and K" which unfortunately closed down.

Booked a last minute weekend stay and had a great stay. Our room was clean and spacious. We had a king bed, a chaise lounge and a pull out sofa bed. It was perfect for our family. The indoor pool was the perfect temperature. Breakfast was included. They had eggs, omelets, Biscuits and gravy, sausage, fruit and pancakes. My son loved the "pancake printer".
