“Solid location, and solid team members. Placed an order online and it was ready by promised time. Everything was correct. Food was really good. I ordered the new Cajun kickin chicken and my ONLY complaint is I wish the chicken was warmed up rather than cold. I was thinking it would be grilled chunked chicken rather than cold & shredded (maybe I could have requested it to be warmed) but I can't really complain!!!Pleanty of parking, handicap parking and accessible enterence as well as tables.“

“I can't say enough about the staff and manager at the Pelham Jimmy Johns. We have ordered catering twice in the past two weeks and have had to alter both orders at the last minute. They went above and beyond to help us, even though the hiccups were caused by us. They were kind, accommodating, and the food was excellent. We are using them again this week, and will use them again and again in the future!“

I went in because I was having difficulties ordering on the app. Not only did Richard greet us at the door and hold the door for us and welcome us, he also guided me through ordering on the app, while Marissa was already making our sandwiches. They couldn’t have been more friendly or more helpful. They worked like they owned the restaurant - a quality I wish all workers had. JJ is lucky to have them both.“
