Went to Marble Slab on Tues eve, door was open and it was very hot inside. When I was waiting noticed that ice cream containers were half melted. Asked one of the staff, why couldn,t they go home, was told that they have to wait until temp gets to 95, ( now its 91) before they can close up. They have tried for over a week to contact appropriate repair service , who have not responded or answered their calls. This is unfortunate that a place that charges 14.95 for a sundae and...

I came in and had two of the sweetest and kindest servers take care of me tonight. The girl had black hair with bangs, and the other was a tall boy with brown hair. They accommodated to my every need and had such uplifting attitudes. Will be coming in more often ❤️

My wife and I, and our 2 kids went to marble slab this afternoon (2/14/2025) around 3:30pm. The ice cream was decent. I expected better, but coupled with the occasion it really hit the spot. However, we were definitely disappointed by the staff. 2 staff members in particular. The first employee that offered to help us was colder than the ice cream itself.. no personality and was CLEARLY irritated that our 5 yr old wasnt sure which green ice cream he wanted..mint or pistachio....
