“I'd like to take a moment to give a shout out to the employees who worked tonight on 2/5/24. I came in with the ladies whom I support for dinner. It's always a bit of a hassle when going out to eat, because they all have to pay separately (myself included) due to them living in a group home. We've had instances before when restaurants give me a hard time for this so anywhere that doesn't is a gem in my book! The employees who made our orders were very patient with me and didn't make me feel rushed at all. The gentleman who checked me out was also very patient with me while I paid for four separate orders and made the process so smooth and simple. He even helped me carry a couple of trays to our table as well as helping us get some other items that we needed later during our visit. Our food was delicious and the ladies I support want to come back again! Thank you for being such an accommodating business!“
“Good morning. The time now is 11:41 am Wednesday August 16th 2023. I am writing you because I wanted to leave a great review of the customer service I received on my visit today.There were 4 ladies in there that I wished I had gotten thei names. I never experienced anything from a restaurant before. The young lady fixed my order but as she did, she noticed the food was not "up to par."I would not have known that. All of them were extremely courteous, respectful, and most importantly honest. Thank you to all of those women especially the one who took the time to redo my order.“
“Had a great time at Chili's. I loved my server, who's name i unfortunately forgot, she was sweet. She put up with my joke: "Why was the restaurant cold? Because it was Chili's!" also went with my girls and a gentleman called me a "stud" and that i get women ?. Got the chicken sandwich that was hot and ready when arrived, had me screaming "Woo Hah!" Would recommend to everyone.“
