I ordered on the app and came through the drivethrough. It was moderately busy with 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window the young man at the window was on his phone scrolling and clicking while the bag with my order was right behind him. There were 2 other employees at the window and no one said a thing about the fact that there was no greeting or thank you. The phone never left his hand even though there were 3 or 4 cars behind me. Not impressed.

Ordered the Wednesday Meal, just excited to try something new, didn’t realize it didn’t come with a drink then pulled around. Tried to order a drink at the window for them to say I couldn’t add to my order that I hadn’t paid for. Kinda confusing, just worked in Food and Bev for a while and not selling a customer something when they ask for it and you have it readily available and their order not even fully processed is wild.
