I have ordered from arnolds multiple times. In the past they got my order right. Something about this year and last year things just ain't right. Everytime I order food from them, they always and I mean always leave something out. Well today was the last straw. Us being a family of 5 I ordered a kids meals and adult meals. Well, one of my kids wasn't about to eat thanks to arnolds. I paid $66 for these mesls total. If need be i would have given my child my food. But they are picky eaters and want they food a certain way. I tried to call arnolds line busy. So I had to come all the way back here with cranky kids. I want be back. Service horrible. They need to do better.

Don't listen to V. Smith. They have absolutely no clue what they're talking about. Arnold's has always provided fantastic service and even better food. Arnold's has always been and will always be the best burger joint in Anderson, SC. It's truly unfortunate that V. Smith chose to attend Arnold's after Hurricane Helene barreled through and took out power for basically the entire county. It's unfortunate that V. Smith failed to mention the horrible timing of their visit, and as a result, decided to declare a fallacy to be consistently true.

I Ordered online. I Showed up on time. I walked up to the carryout spot in the restaurant and was immediately asked if I had placed and order. Then 2 other employees asked me also if I had placed an order....The place was packed EVERY table was full! What GREAT Service!!! (This is coming from a restaurant manager for over 25 years)
Then we got Home and the Food was AWESOME!! This Arnold's in Anderson DID NOT Disappear!!! Awesome Service and Awesome Food!! Thank You....we will be Back!!!
