Terrible experience multiple times. Regardless of ordering on the app or ordering in person it takes forever. There is little food in line no one is ever cooking more. Staff gives attitude when picking up orders. Tables are always dirty and floor is disgusting.

This Chipotle has gone downhill so much. You consistently get a half scoop of Chicken AT BEST. The last two times I’ve asked for a double serving I get charged for 4x protein. My wife and I love the healthy and quick option that Chipotle offers, but we will start going to Moe’s where the portions aren’t being rationed like we’re at war.
I left two stars instead of one because of one employee: an older gentlemen who is a newer hire that serve us during his first week. He was very friendly and gave an actual full scoop of protein with a cheerful smile the whole time.

Do NOT ORDER ONLINE (Uber Eats)! My bowl arrived less than 1/2 empty. Plus It was missing the fajitas veggies. Uber Eats gave a $2 credit for over $50 order. Not to
mention these orders don’t even contribute to points in the app. I’m still hungry

How is it ok for the cashier to be rude and disrespectful to a customer. My daughter whom is a child went in the restaurant to order lunch after church. Waited patiently in line and was encountered with an attitude from Lakeisha. Not only did she not greet my daughter but she threw her gift card on the counter instead of handing it back to child. She took her receipt and crumpled it up so my daughter would not be able to do a survey on her experience. Seriously bad for business. If you dont like your job as a cashier then please stay home. Its scary to know that person's with such hate in their heart work around food. I will not be visiting this store and cannot wait for the district manager to reach out so i can express my concern. This occurred just after 1pm on Sunday December 28 2025. Good customer service is vital to a business. So disappointing.
UPDATE: On December 29 2025 I reached out to the store manager (who was a male. He would not provide me a name) and he hung up on me. I was not rude but only expressed my concern as a customer. For the General manager or whomever it was that I spoke to at 10:48am to hang up on me was diabolical. So the store manager encourages this behavior???

Extremely disappointed for MONTHS. NEVER have all ingredients - examples no chicken or rice. Tonight they had no lettuce, grilled veggies, pico, or corn pico. When I asked if they had more the server was BEYOND annoyed and was extremely rude. We try to go back every now and again because we love Chipotle but this is our last time.

I periodically make the mistake of eating here when I need a quick meal. Today will be my last. The interior is disgusting. They’re out of half of the stuff. Today I noticed on the receipt when I got home that I was fraudulently charged for guacamole that I never asked for and never received. Apparently the cashier just decided I needed to pay $3 extra dollars. The person who made the bowl never told her or marked the bowl that it had guacamole. What kind of people work here? How often do they do this to other customers?

To be clear, the manager Aiyana is a 10/10, and that is exactly why I rated this store’s service so highly—otherwise, it would have been 0 stars. I ordered $50 worth of food, and the employees decided to slap my name on a random bag, which meant I not only didn’t receive my order but was given a random girl’s order worth only $15. I was on the phone with Chipotle for 45 minutes before they finally transferred me to this location. When I got to speak with Aiyana, she made sure to make things right and take care of me as a customer. Major props to her and her customer service. She ensured that, although I started out extremely disappointed, I left fully satisfied, and she even came up with an alternative way for me to receive my correct order the same day with no hesitation. Thank you, Aiyana—you are a rockstar!

Place was not busy at all during dinner. No fajitas, no chimichurri and the carne we were served had to be on the line for hours with as dry as disgusting as it was. Have no had a good experience here in a long time.

Genuinely one of the most disgusting places I’ve seen in a while. the entire restaurant just covered in little pieces of food making it practically impossible to sit down at a clean spot. The drink station was running low on all drinks and very dirty as well. Napkins, forks, straws etc threw all around. Every bit of the food was cross contaminated I was getting bits of steak with my chicken and corn with my lettuce… the employees didn’t seem attentive at all. It took one guy almost 5 minutes to put gloves. And to top it all off the bathrooms were also unbearably dirty. So, would I recommend this place to anyone? Maybe as a prank…

Been here more than a handful of times. Service is more miss than hit. Always out of certain items such as veggies and sour cream even during peak hours. The proteins are usually over cooked or have been in the heater for a while and very noticeable. Many times I’ve come in and you can unquestionably tell that the staff could care less about the service. I have also placed some pick-up orders online and have yet to have it made correctly. They always seem to leave something out even if they still have it in stock at the bar.
