The dinning room is ALWAYS messy!! Trash and food everywhere!! Dirty tables and floors!! And the serving area has food build up all around!! Disgusting!!

I visited this location for the first time on 11/14/24. My husband and I had seen the advertisement for the smoked-brisket and decided to order 2 bowls. Before I placed our order, I used their restroom. I noticed that the soap dispenser was either clogged or broken, and the hand sanitizer dispenser was the only one working. It has been proven that washing your hands with soap and water for about 20 seconds removes dirt and germs more than hand sanitizer alone. My question was how were the females employees washing their hands effectively while preparing the meals? Before I actually started my order, I noticed the young, black girl swiping her phone and playing in a coworker's hair (a Hispanic male). She was wearing gloves but made no effort to change them until I said something to her. She proceeded to take my order after seeing me at the counter. I asked her if she would wash her hands and change her gloves in which she complied and did so in the back. There was a young black male cutting up chicken. He was very diligent in changing out his gloves each time that he cut a new piece of meat. Next, I ordered 2 Brisket bowls with beans, brown rice, peppers/onions, corn salsa, guacamole, cheeses, sour cream,etc. We also got a bag of chips, and three varieties of salsas. This was our first time there. Moreover, we didn't receive a receipt for our order. Therefore, I was puzzled by the expensive price of $40.55?!! One thing that I hate about this place of business is that if you have a complaint or issue that needs to be resolved, everything is set up by their automation system. When I needed to be connected to a manager, I kept getting the run-around.
The Brisket was decent, but not worth the high price. It's likely we will not return.

I really like Chipotle..... BUT, they are ALWAYS out of meats, guac, cheese or something else. If you want steak, they will be out. Brisket, they are out. Anything that is a special, they are out. This location usually has 2 meats available and sometimes 1 and ALWAYS out of something else....last time they were also out of pico!! Unbelievable!! Also, it's usually pretty dirty looking in the food prep area. So, they are not only not cooking the meats, but not keeping the food area clean. What are the employees doing? Do I still go here....yes. but not near as much as I would.

I work really close to this chipotle and come here almost daily for lunch. The manager of this establishment even acknowledged the previous week on how often I come here. This same manager is making my bowl today. I’ve Never had a problem getting a full scoop of chicken here like you hear sometimes. I ask for chick and get a 3/4 scoop at best and when I ask for a little bit more to get a full scoop I’m told he can give me more chicken but I have to pay for it. I just want the chicken I’m already paying for. Terrible way to treat a repeat customer especially if you have already acknowledged how often I come here. Just give me my normal scoop!! I’ll be getting my daily lunch from Barberitos across the street bc they’ve never told me I’ve had to pay more over 4-5 more pieces of chicken and always get me out the door quickly with good customer service!!!

Makes no sense to be out of vinaigrette all the time. Like I am sure it would be a certain amount made a day but damn it’s 11:29 am the place just opened. How are you’ll out the workers are lazy and don’t do their job. Every time I order chipotle the vinaigrette is out. Anderson chipotle is the worse I never have this problem anywhere else.

every table needed to be wiped down. The trash was getting stacked on each other and needed to be taken out. The floors were also disgusting. Just felt gross being inside and we left without getting anything.

My girlfriend and I went after work 2 days in a row recently, about 30-40 minutes before closing both days and came straight from work. Both times they were out of multiple different things, like out of both types of rice, both types of beans etc and told us they were not restocking anything they were missing. Service was definitely lacking and them mfs charged me for the guac I got on the side WITH MY VEGGIE BOWL

Aaliyah was very rude per usual we’ve had many encounters with her where she is unprofessional and spiteful for no reason. I asked her a question when we went last week and she pointed at a sign and repeated herself and looked at me like i was stupid instead of just answering my question. place was very dirty. Employee said they were out of a few things but i could clearly see in the togo area they were not he just didn’t want to go get it. there was stuff all in my sour cream like corn and things like that. they were out of dr pepper and other drinks, no care taken with food or atmosphere, no trash can to throw trash in, stuff all over the floor in the kitchen like used gloves, used cups, napkins, recites and food. will be taking business elsewhere considering they don’t know how to clean up after themselves or treat their customers. 10 out of 10 WOULD NOT recommend.

The food is passable, the customer service is passable. But the overall presentation of the restaurant itself is far beyond poor. I walked in and literally no table was clean except the ones people were eating at. The floors were so nasty and filled with so much food you could probably make a bowl.
