Chipotle Mexican Grill

Bad about half portions. Little to no customer service.

I did an online pick up order and it was set for 1pm. I show up a little early just in case and it was not ready which is fine. I then waited over an hour after it was suppose to be ready and there were 10 other online orders ahead of me not finished as well. There was just no sense of urgency getting these orders done and to top it off my order was not correct.

The rudest customer service in Anderson. I’ve never encountered a pleasant employee. They treat you like an annoyance.

The staff was so rude for no reason. No plans on returning and I imagine your staff will appreciate that. The atmosphere was very tense and the customers before me had even worse service. Being rude to everyone for no reason is crazy.

As an avid Chipotle regular, this was not a good experience. I always excuse wait times, but the chicken was old and tough. I got the “new”honey chipotle chicken which has never let me down before. It was seasoned well but didn’t hit. What made it worse was they ran out of cheese, and the rice was old. Hate to be picky but if I’d known ahead of time they were out of cheese, I would’ve went somewhere else. A sign or notice from the workers before they start your bowl would’ve been nice.

By the time I waited 20 min in line, hangry, and traveling on the road, I didn’t want to have to find a new place to eat but maybe I should have. I’ll still eat at Chipotle but if the food isn’t fresh or they run out of cheese, it ain’t worth it.

Every time that I've visited, this restaurant is always out of basic food items. 7:30 on a Friday night, they're out of vegetables, pico, and sour cream. Stay away.

Soda fountain empty for soda. Men’s bathroom with Paper towels. Ordered a Burrito. Burrito wrap was doughy and chewy. Quantity of ingredients required burrito to be cut due to size. Overall, not good.

Horrible experience! This picture is after just opening the takeout order… request was for extra rice and cheese, but instead everything was subtracted by half.
This isn’t the first time we’ve had a bad experience, but it will be the last!

This is the worst Chipotle in America, and sadly it’s the only one close to me. Have tried to come here 2 times this week and the first time they are completely out of food and it was only 6:30. Tried to come for lunch and the line is out the door because you can only place an online order. That is just this week. They are constantly out of things and the service is bad. Don’t ever come to this chipotle if you are in a hurry or want to enjoy the exact bowl you are looking for.

I have been a customer for about a decade. I have went to Chipotle’s in various states and this one is by far the WORST one ever. I have been here more than once and it gets worse and worse. They move extremely slow with customers, it looks like they are understaffed. It is dirty behind the counter and in the dining area. Today I seen food on the walls and on the counter. They never have everything all at once, so if you go there looking for your staple
ingredients, im pretty sure they won’t have it. It’s unfortunate because this is the closest one in the area. I will not be returning.

Can only order via app. What is the point of having menu and prices displayed in restaurant? Music was very loud and tables were filthy. Felt and looked like they only wanted customers that order takeout which was very likely since app was only way to order.

This has to be the worst chipotle on earth. Always out of ingredients, workers are rude and act like it is an inconvenience for you order food, dirty, out of drinks, etc. I’m not sure how it’s still in business. We keep giving it a try because we love chipotle in other areas but at this point we don’t want to continue to pay for overpriced food that is not worth it at all. This place needs a serious change.

Only able to take orders online? How can a restaurant not take orders in person. Ridiculous

Walk in….we closed the grill, except for to go orders! It is 7pm on a Saturday night! 🙄. Found a better place a few blocks away at Barberitos
