Crumbl - Anderson

I love Crumbl. My favorite Crumbl cookie is the French Toast cookie. I voted for the French Toast Cookie to be the limited time return customer pick. It was supposed to be there today, 10/16/2024. I was busy all day, and my boyfriend went to pick it up for me at 8:39pm (the location doesn't close until 10:00pm), and they were somehow out of the French Toast cookie. The app said it wouldn't be available again for 80 more minutes (when the store closed) and it was a one-day only return. I am angry and frustrated. I rarely try to be a Karen; I work in foodservice and I understand that things don't always work, but it sounds ridiculous that they told my boyfriend that the only French Toast cookie had been there since Monday since the app said it was a one day only return. I don't know when the cookie will be back now, and I'm very angry at the lack of preparation from my local Crumbl.

We had an issue with an online order through Uber Eats and Uber Eats did nothing to help us out. However, Crumbl's staff and owners were super in responding to the issue and were able to help us out.

The Lemon Glaze cookie was delicious! Can’t wait to try the Key Lime cookie when it’s available! Fast service and I love the little pink box my cookie came in!

I ordered online and NEVER RECEIVED my order …called the store and was told nothing could be doing and that I needed to get in contact with DoorDash and of course they did nothing Now I’m robbed over money and no order smh do better … I’m disappointed

I came on the Fourth of July. I half expected them to be closed since I did not check before coming. They were closed but what I believe to be the manager or owner was inside. While my husband was shopping next door he came outside and offered me two free cookies and apologized for being closed. He was very sweet and you do not find customer service like this very often anymore. Will forever come to this crumble cookie and give them my money.

Terrible experience. Ordered cookies to be ready at 4:40pm at 9am. I get there and its a 20 minute wait. No apology or anything.
