I’m not sure why online ordering is even offered if the order won’t be prepared on time. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order online, only to wait an additional 15 minutes for the staff to make a large order of fries. The fries were clearly rushed and were still raw on the inside when I received them. Very disappointing experience. $8+ for raw fries

I don't understand why there are six people on shift and five of them are standing in a group chatting while only one person is working and making orders? you can see the five people in a group in front of the register just chatting while Trey is over there making orders. I just find that very unsettling as someone who works in fast food. while there were only two customers in there I just still think that there could have been other things to getting done than just chatting in a group. If you're overstaffed send someone home because that's just not a good look.

There’s a young lady named Courtney and I feel so bad for her. Her feet must be extremely sore. Because when I tell you, she made me the best damn burger. She had to put her foot in it. That burger coming straight off the grill, you know I had to hurt. She was multitasking like it was nothing. Dropping fries, making food, talking to customers. She does it all! Keep up the good work young lady.

Very dependable polite workers with great attitudes when in their rushes everything is always very tasty and well worth it!
Almost 20 min wait. The place is dead at 5 p.m. ( for good reason) only sell a fee items and this is the best you can do... mushy room temp fries. Burger cooked beyond well done and cant get the toppings right. What happend, 5 guys had standards. Wont be back.
