I placed a $64 order for PICK UP! I was told it would be 1 hr 45 minutes before it would be ready. Are you kidding me! I canceled the order and they still charged my card! I called back and spoke to a manager. He told me he canceled it and while I was voicing my opinion on there lack of customer service he hung up on me! Very poor customer service. I will NEVER go to them again!
Horrible customer service! I don’t recommend this place and if you’re going to eat here, go to the place versus placing your order online/through the call center that they make you go through! If they forget something they will not correct it. The last 2 times we have had it delivered and they have forgotten our drinks each time. I ordered pizzas and was told 45 minutes. An hour later called to inquire and they said another 1 an a half. Ben got on the phone and was nasty and rude and hung up. Before hanging up he canceled my order. This is after calling 4 times being put on hold and waiting over 10 minutes each time. Worse service ever.
