We got charge a 15 dollar gratuity even after we sent 2 plates back because they were burnt . The managers was very rude also. We will ever return again ...

My family and I went there for lunch, all ordered off lunch menu. The portions were huge and the food tasted even better! The server was very nice and kept our drinks and chips full!

The restaurant is super cute. I had a drink and it was delish. Food was horrible, greasy and I just ended up not even eating. Don’t let this stop you from going to a Papas and Beer though because usually the food is really good - I just cannot recommend this location at all. Servers and host were very nice though!

The food was pretty much inedible. The shrimp was not cleaned so make sure you look for the poop strip and take it out yourself at the table. The rice was soggy and drenched in oil, basically mush. The burrito was soggy from all the oil. We didn't even eat, spoke with the manager and made it clear I wasn't looking for a discount, but a small discount for not being able to eat the food would have been nice. $60 and we left hungry but with no appetite. No other location I've been to has been like this.

If you want Mexican from Papa's & Beer, go to the one off of HWY 81, not the one at 160 Beltline BLVD. This is the best one, hands down. Always great food and great service. We have yet to have anything go wrong from the HWY 81 location. Good stuff!!
