I was in line and the girl working looked right around me and took the persons order behind me and when I told her hey I’m in line ahead of them she looked and was like ok and totally ignored me and just took the other persons order I was very dissatisfied and felt it was very disrespectful. I will not be back. She could have at least said my apologies I didn’t realize. She was very rude

Service is extremely slow!!!! Waited 15 mins to order another 15 before we received our order. . You have a summertime delite. Please get adequate staffing. Snow cones were good. There are wasp and yellow jacket nests underneath the shelter.

usually love the clemson pelicans but this was a whole different experience. all of our snowballs were not even filled at all much less not the dome you’re used to. the girl taking the orders was incredibly rude and talking loudly about her personal life boyfriend problems and the police with a friend and acted like we were annoying her by trying to order. multiple customers had to move around her friends gossiping at the pick up window with their butts hanging out. every table was super disgusting. jada was the only one working but the other girl doesn’t deserve this job.

Usually love this place but the two girls working there at the time were unpleasant and kinda just sucked at their job. The bottom half of my cup was just ice. Why bother working at a snow cone place if you’re going to be rude to people for ordering snow cones? Gave 3 stars still because the majority of their employees do their jobs well, but that made me not want to return.

My family & I typically visit Pelicans every other week, all have been great experiences! However we came by today & there was a younger girl working at the front who was eating chips while making snowcones & handing them out the window. In the middle of taking our order she cut me off while I was talking to ask the other girl a personal question, made comments about how busy it was while rolling her eyes. I understand these are high school/young adults however when working please treat it as work. We love Pelicans and will never stop doing business with them over one bad experience but this issue should be addressed with staff.
