However, some experiences vary; one order of venti Mocha Frappuccinos was mistakenly made as grande caramel Frappuccinos, causing a wait. Another visit involved rudeness at the speaker, though the window interaction was friendlier and the coffee remained amazing. Overall, this location is known for friendly, efficient staff who make orders perfect, making it a go-to spot.
