Subway in Anderson

“The gentleman that runs the place(I'm assuming he's the manager) is always bustling around to ensure everyone is on top of things and the service is prompt and courteous! Been here a handful of times and I have nothing negative to say.“

“The man working was incredibly kind to us and they had amazing customer service. They seemed to know their regulars as well and were joking around with them when they came in. You don’t see service like this much anymore and I was really pleasantly surprised.“

“Stopped by to share a ft long turkey, bacon & prov sub with my daughter after picking her up from school. $8.99 plus $2.00 for bacon...Subs were good but not great. Too much pepper was put on my sub and i didn't want to be rude n cause a issue line and ask the employee to remark my half of the sub. I used my $2.00 reward pts plus a free drink coupon from doing a survey my total was still over $13.00! I was charged $2.00 for ?. I'm usually charged only .75 cent at my regular subway I always go to every week. I eat subways at least once a week down below my house exit 19 location.I normally order just a 6' inch on white/Italian sub bread with turkey,bacon, prov, toasted and my veggie toppings. I also will add a fountain drink and my total is only under $8...I think the prices are a little too high at this location. I don't want to give a bad review for this location. The employee was very sweet and gave us good customer service.“

“Ordered meatball sub and tuna sub.Asked for extra mayo on tuna,half of the footlong su b had very little tuna on it.Got home tried to call back, no answer,picked up order at 845pm,didn't have time to take it back.Took it back the next day, was told I should have brought it back the same day and that there was nothing she could do about it.Happend twice in 2 weeks.I even have a picture of it“

“3/23/26 Shoutout to the female employee who made sure I was okay and gave me advice when I came in to ask for cam footage of the main road after being rear ended (first time having to file a report) at about 3 PM. She was so sweet and kind, even though I wasn't a customer that day. She even let me use the restroom to get my wits together after the whole incident. Additionally when I walked in the lobby and bathroom were both very clean! Idk what she makes but she needs a bonus or something because not every worker for a fast food place would show this kind of compassion unfortunately“
