“On July 5, 2025 I ordered a Famous Bowl and chicken sandwich from KFC - Barnwell. The guy at the drive thru window was very pleasant with a nice smile that would brighten your day/night. He was very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately I did not get his name but props to this guy for his amazing customer service at the drive thru window. His genuine smile made me smile!! The food was delicious by the way!! Go KFC - Barnwell!!!“

table (waitress) service is very limited and often self-serve as far as drinks, utensils etc.“
“I received the best customer service this afternoon from a young man who delivered my order to me at work, he went back and picked up my Caesar salad and made a second trip for my delivery within minutes, very nice and respectful young man. I called the store manager and complimented him.“
