Old and run down. Rushed through. Did not have good customer service.
Food is cold majority of the time. Employees hardly want to assist anyone inside. Had several employees be extremely rude, and management never seems to want to do anything. They get your order wrong half of the time. Chicken nuggets are hard as a brick bag half the time. My little boy literally cracked a tooth trying to eat one recently because he didnt know it was hard. I will say they are always a clean place even the playground, and that they have a pretty decent indoor playground...read full review
