I have been here several times and each time they don't have extra crispy chicken ready. You would think they would have plenty on hand in the afternoon. I will say the lady who helped me was very nice. People should be told if crispy is not available when ordering. The best Kentucky I have visited is in Barnwell SC the store is always spotless excellent service and always have what you order.
Went there to get some quick lunch on a Saturday. I've never seen friendlier service from the two young ladies handling the dine in orders. There was a elderly couple in front of me, and they assisted them very well. To include other customers as well.
