My husband just picked up our food. Ordered fried pickles and fried mushrooms then placed the order. Cashier then said they were out of mushrooms. Got to window pickles were not i bag, sauce was not on the wings and things. He had to empty the bag to prove to the person at the window we did t get our sauce packs. What ever happened to repeating the order back? Customer service has really gone downhill since I worked in fast food.
Manager was a great guy. put together tables for us and brought us our food. wow...friendly and courteous.
