Waffle House has dramatically improved, with outstanding service and food. The new manager, Donald, has been noted for being magnificent, friendly, and inviting. The whole crew is pleasant to chat with and has made many visits enjoyable. While there are still some inconsistencies in service speed, recent reviews highlight that the restaurant is clean and the staff is awesome, friendly, and engaging. The food remains consistent and delicious, as noted by customers who loved everything they ordered, including the waffle. Although meals might arrive at different times, the overall experience has been great. The wait staff is neither exceptionally friendly nor rude, but they are regarded as the best Waffle House staff many have encountered. Despite some shortcomings, the team is working hard to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
