Waffle House has dramatically improved, with outstanding service and food. However, there are some inconsistencies in service speed and cleanliness. While the food is consistent and delicious, the slow service and cleanliness issues might deter some customers. The waffle and other dishes are tasty but might arrive at different times due to the cooking process. The wait staff is neither exceptionally friendly nor rude. Despite some shortcomings, the new manager and staff are working hard to bring the restaurant up to par.
