Update Aug 2026: I had to come on here and update my review. My last review was one year ago, in which I gave 1 star.
This location has undergone some major improvements. My friend had visited and told me about the great service he received so I decided to try again- since I love Wendy's, I live here, and its the closest location. Wendy's is a popular restaurant for families to dine at, particularly on Wednesdays. The day shift at this location stands out with their exceptional service, quickly getting orders prepared and delivered in a friendly manner. Many customers enjoy the great parking and handicapped accessibility, making it convenient for all visitors. Kids are also well-catered for, with a play area and a good kids menu. The breakfast menu, especially the 2 for $3 breakfast, is highly appreciated, and the bacon egg muffin with potatoes is a favorite among many. Customers often praise employees like Camille for their kindness and helpfulness, especially during busy mornings. However, the night shift can sometimes be inconsistent, with employees appearing disorganized and lacking necessary ingredients, leading to longer wait times and food served at room temperature. Mobile orders can also experience issues such as long waits or drive-thru closures. Despite these occasional problems, customers value the friendly service and the efforts of staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a positive dining experience.
