Came to order food, ordered a 20 piece nugget and large fry at the drive thru machine. Waited in line, got to the window, and was told they didn’t put the order in so I had to go back around and wait in line again. Why should I have to wait double time because your employees messed up?
I ordered 18 piece, chicken, nugget and some sauce and also for cheeseburgers and I did not get Chicken nuggets

My 78 year old mother went in to order they ignored her and pointed to some kiosk to order. She asked for help they ignored her and said they couldn’t help her and turned away. Approximately a 22 year old employee had an attitude. Not sure if they were rude and refused to help her because she was white or old. Gross behavior. I guess white people shouldn’t bother to order there. Be aware of the racism and discrimination here.
