We stopped today and bought ice cream for 6 people. It is 96 degrees, feels like 106. We asked for cups for water, they charge $1 each which makes perfect sense to cover the cost of the cup. We went in to refill one of the cups with water and were told no refills. I went in and explained that we have 2 people in their 80s that are very hot and could we refill the water, the manager on duty (Dav) was very rude and said she didn’t care, no refills. The staff discriminated against us because my son has a service dog and refused to serve us. Our dog is fully trained and certified as a service dog. Despicable.
